BPU's birthday image contest

Instructions

• All entrys must be sent to bpu@alltel.net
• You can use any picture of blastoise.
• It must look like a birthday image(Ex. partyhats,balloons,ect.)
• Include youre name or nickname at the bottom of image
• There will be one winner.
• The winner's image will replace my pic of blastoise for the month of November
• (BPU's birthday is Nov. 15)
• Submit your entry here
